Established Medicare licensed and CHAP accredited Residence Health and wellness Care agency has an prompt opening for Receptionist/Office Aide in our Maitland Office.  This placement requires extreme focus to detail and the ability to efficiently multitask.  We are finding an energised, good, expert personality with superb interpersonal and communication capabilities. Experience in Residence Health/Hospice or Medical chosen. Sturdy communication capabilities and the ability to work autonomously a must!
Tasks and obligations consist of:.
Response and course phone call.
Article patient gos to in Synergy software program.
Scan, rename and online submit patient information.
Maintain paper data.
Assemble new patient packets.
Support Accountancy, HR and Payment when required.
We supply:.
8-5 M-F in a professional environment.
Paid Holidays, Health and wellness and Dental Insurance coverage (available after 90 days).
